An Evening with Mikko Töyssy
Sat, 25 April 2026 at 7:00 PM
Mikko Töyssy, crowned the winner of Tähdet, Tähdet 2025, embarks on his first solo concert tour in spring 2026. An Evening with Mikko Töyssy is a dream come true for this versatile entertainer—a personal concert journey combining music, storytelling, and Töyssy’s signature humor.
The evening promises atmosphere, laughter, and timeless hits. Audiences will enjoy beloved classics and Latin-inspired rhythms. The concert was created from Töyssy’s desire to perform songs that have touched him and accompanied him on his journey from factories to the stars. He will be accompanied by the band led by Risto Niinikoski, also known from Tähdet, Tähdet.
Born in Valkeakoski in 1981, Mikko Töyssy is a multi-talented performer with a career spanning acting, singing, and hosting on television, film, radio, and stage. In the ninth season finale of Tähdet, Tähdet, Töyssy wowed judges and audiences alike with Puccini’s famous aria Nessun dorma and Canción Del Mariachi from Desperado. He entertained viewers on Putous for four seasons (2020–2023), winning the sketch character competition twice, and currently appears in the TV series Modernit miehet. His film credits include Tuntematon sotilas, Napapiirin sankarit 4, and Punttikomedia, and he has performed in numerous musicals and comedies across Finland.

Celebrate 40 Years with Hotel Oscar
Hotel Oscar first opened its doors on August 29, 1986, with 48 rooms and three restaurants: Pizzeria, Steak/House, Oscar’s Pub, and the evening restaurant Hollywood. The spa was located in the basement, featuring saunas with hot tubs, and private function rooms were on the fourth floor. The hotel also offered a log-built summer restaurant in Savulahti, a smoke sauna on Pitkäsaaren Island, and its own boat, M/S Sinikko.
Today, Hotel Oscar boasts 165 guest rooms, two restaurants—Oscar’s Bar & Dinner and Oscar’s House—and, of course, the legendary nightclub Oscar’s Night, which also serves as a relaxed venue for private events.
