Celebrate Hotel Oscar’s 40-year journey with us. Hotel Oscar opened 40 years ago on 29 August 1986. The new hotel had 48 rooms and three restaurants: Pizzeria, Steak/House, Oscar’s Pub and the evening restaurant Hollywood. The spa area was located on the basement level, while the saunas with hot tubs and the private cabinet rooms were on the fourth floor. Oscar also featured the kelo log summer restaurant Savulahti, a smoke sauna on Pitkäsaari Island, and its own boat, M/S Sinikko.



Today, Hotel Oscar offers 165 rooms, two restaurants—Oscar’s Bar & Dinner and Oscar’s House—and, of course, the legendary nightclub Oscar’s Night, which also serves as a relaxed venue for private events.
