  • How late can I check in?
    • Reception is open 24/7, so you can check in at any time. However, please let us know if you expect to arrive late.
  • Check-in officially starts at 3:00 pm, but can I get my room earlier?
    • Early check-in is always subject to availability on the day, including how many rooms are vacant and whether housekeeping has finished cleaning them. For this reason, we cannot guarantee check-in before 3 p.m., but if an earlier check-in is possible, we’ll provide the room at no extra charge. If your room isn’t ready, we have a secure luggage room where you can leave your bags while you wait.
  • Check-out is at 12 noon. Can I keep my room longer?
    • A late check-out can be added to your reservation for €10/hour, for example when checking in or on the evening before departure.
  • Why do I need to show ID when checking in? And why do I need to fill in my personal details on the accommodation card?
    • We always ask the person making the booking to provide proof of identity, so that we can be sure who is staying with us, for example in an emergency or if an incident occurs. Finnish accommodation legislation requires all accommodation providers to complete a traveller registration form containing specific information and retain it for 12 months, after which the forms are securely destroyed. We therefore cannot decide which information must be included on the form or omit completing it.
  • Can you cancel a booking made through a third party (Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.)?
    • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel reservations made through another company directly. The easiest way to cancel these reservations is to contact the customer service team of the company you booked with.
  • Does my booking include complimentary use of the guest sauna?
    • Use of the guest sauna and gym is included in the accommodation price.
  • Can I have a friend visit me in my room?
    • As a rule, we do not recommend visits to rooms by people who are not staying at the hotel, as our hotel security policy requires us to know who is in each room and how many people are there. Depending on the room type, however, we can add up to two guests to your booking for €30/person/night.
