Trade union meeting package
The Työväen meeting package brings a practical, no-nonsense experience to your meeting day, in the spirit of Hotel Oscar. Choose the option that suits you best, from a full-day package to shorter meetings, and enjoy convenient catering alongside your meeting space.

- The chef’s delicious lunch buffet (min. 20 people) or a served lunch featuring delicious ingredients. Lunch includes a generous salad buffet, a hot main course, dessert, coffee and tea.

Step into the shoes of an industrialist and enjoy dinner in the elegant atmosphere of the Patruuna Salon. This experience, rooted in Varkaus’s industrial history, is served to small groups of 5–10 people.

When you arrive at the hotel, start your relaxing getaway by enjoying a glass of sparkling wine together. With late check-out, there’s no need to rush in the morning, so you can take your time over a delicious hotel breakfast.
The Sparkling Package includes accommodation in a double room in your chosen room category, a delicious breakfast, a bottle of sparkling wine in your room on arrival (champagne +€50), and late check-out until 14:00, subject to availability.
This special rate cannot be combined with other offers and/or discounts. Rates are subject to availability. Please note that only a limited number of rooms are available at the special rate. The rate always includes accommodation, breakfast, gym access, use of the guest sauna and Wi-Fi.
Security deposit policy:
The room is usually paid for at the hotel on arrival.
We will hold your room until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive late (after 6:00 pm), you can guarantee your reservation with a prepayment or credit card guarantee. Please contact the hotel reception to make arrangements.
Cancellation policy:
Bookings can be changed or cancelled by 6 pm on the day of arrival (local time).
